Evocalize Adds New Generative AI Capabilities

Another company in the Localogy ecosystem has incorporated AI tools to make it easier for its clients to create content.

Yesterday we learned that the reviews management player Chatmeter is adding generative AI. The company did so to help its clients respond to reviews and create social media posts.

Today, we learned that the localized marketing tech company Evocalize has integrated new generative AI capabilities into its platform.

When we wrote about Evocalize’s new EVOLVE suite of AI-drive marketing capabilities back in February, we shared Evocalize’s own description of the solution.

The company described EVOLVE as “a new artificial intelligence layer applied to its Collaborative Marketing Platform designed for franchises to save time, maximize efficiency, and improve ROI on local digital marketing initiatives.”

AI with a Human Voice

Evocalize says the new AI capability being announced today “leverages the power of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning to not only help generate headlines and ad copy but also to provide users with the unique ability to tailor their ad copy to different styles and tones of voice.”

The latter point is key. Creating copy that matches the voice of the creator vs sounding generic is a big challenge. Particularly in the emerging AI era. And of course, authentic-sounding copy just performs better.

“We’re super excited to unveil this capability, and [we] know agents and brokers are going to absolutely love it,” Justin Ulrich, VP of Marketing at Evocalize told Localogy Insider.

“We’ve done some testing around this functionality. And [we] found copy generated with a tone that resonates with a specific audience to yield a click rate that’s 40% higher than the rate of ads not tailored to the audience. This capability is going to be a game changer for those who want to win in their markets.”

Focus on Push Button Ease

Seattle-based Evocalize launched in 2012. It built its flagship Collaborative Marketing Platform for multi-location brands. As well as technology platforms (like CRMs). And online marketplaces to provide digital marketing services to their locations, franchisees, agents, and users.

The company has a concentration of clients in several verticals. Real estate is one such category for Evolcalize. As Localogy Insider reported in March, Evocalize won HousingWire’s Tech100 award in two categories – Mortgage and Real Estate. Evocalize’s enthusiasm for winning these awards reflects the importance of these categories to the company.

Other key categories for Evocalize include franchises, restaurants, financial services, and insurance.

The company’s solutions are intended to make it “push button easy” for local operators (agents, franchisees, etc.) to create marketing programs. Layering in new AI features is intended to make it more powerful while enhancing simplicity and automation.
