Starting with content generation, the AI Text Creator leverages Wix’s deep knowledge of site creation and OpenAI’s GPT-3 to generate custom-written text content. Users can input specific prompts or descriptions, and the AI generates unique and relevant content based on the given information.
With customization & personalization, users can tailor the generated text to match their specific site requirements and preferences. The AI Text Creator allows for easy modification of the content by adjusting tone, style, length, and other parameters, ensuring that the generated text aligns with the website’s branding and target audience.

Our passion is our users; they drive and motivate us. In order to give them the best tools, we are constantly talking with them to best understand how we can support them. Content creation for a site can be a very intimidating, time-consuming and challenging task for many, and we needed to find a way to make it a more seamless process. Combining our ability to embrace new technological innovations and our desire to address our users’ needs, we launched the AI Text Creator. With the tool, users are provided unique, high-quality text that is near-ready for use.
This tool also lowers barriers to entry and enables more people to create professional-looking websites with engaging content.
The emergence of generative AI technologies presents us even greater opportunities to address challenges that were previously difficult to overcome and support our users. The technology enables us to reduce friction in various areas, expanding the value we offer through our platform.
Q: Similarly, go-to-market strategies are all about timing. Why is now the right time for this feature?

We launched our first AI website creator back in 2016, Wix ADI (Artificial Design Intelligence). Recognizing the transformative potential of AI, Wix has always been proactive in harnessing its power to enhance the user experience and streamline website creation.
We have always sought different ways to simplify the website content creation process and have had different tools for this purpose. The AI Text Creator is an extension of those initiatives. With the increasing accessibility and usability of generative AI technologies, it became a logical step for Wix to incorporate it into the platform. Moreover, Wix’s established knowledge of website creation and collaborative partnership with teams at OpenAI enabled us to develop the AI Text Creator with a deep understanding of user needs and the potential applications of AI in content creation.
